Position Title: Testing Personnel

Position description to be posted: GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY:  Perform automated and/or manual clinical analysis on specimens submitted for testing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Level 1

Perform daily start-up calibration and QC on analyzers and equipment.
Accurately perform calibrations and run controls.
Perform assays, record, review, and validate results.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on automated and manual equipment.
Perform R & D activity on new methods and/or equipment as assigned by supervisor.
Assist in monitoring inventory.
Assist with troubleshooting and solving problems.
Comply with CRL and departmental SOP's.
Comply with OSHA and other safety manual procedures.
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with co-workers and other laboratory departments.
Keep work area neat and clean.
Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL, CRL subsidiaries, legal entities and client information.
Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.
